Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a Press Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for machine setup and troubleshooting
- Experience with various press types (e.g., hydraulic, mechanical, punch) and material handling
- Ability to perform quality checks using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
