Job Summary
Press Operator needed in Grand Prairie, TX for a 12-hour night shift (7pm-7am on a 3/2 rotating schedule). Responsible for safe, efficient operation of printing equipment, basic press setup (print cylinders, ink, doctor blades), color matching and equipment adjustments, changeovers, quality control per customer specs, and adherence to safety and food safety standards. The role involves documenting production information, collaborating with multiple departments, and supporting training and mentoring of new operators while maintaining strong safety practices. Requires ability to work in a manufacturing environment, lift up to 50 pounds, and pass pre-employment assessments and background/drug screenings. Printing experience and basic troubleshooting skills are essential; Flexo press experience is preferred. Must be 18+, able to work rotating shifts, and comfortable with shift premium for night hours.
