Job Summary

Press Operator - Injection sets up and operates injection molding presses to convert uncured strips of rubber into cured parts. Works on 2nd shift and follows work orders, safety rules, and engineering instructions for process studies, pilot productions, and first articles. Molds parts, changes molding conditions as required, and returns unused material to the mixing department. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; physically able to work in 60–105°F, stand up to 10 hours, and lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation: $20-$23 per hour with benefits including 401K matching, health/dental/vision, life insurance, holidays, and development opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing experience preferred but may consider other backgrounds for entry level position
  • Must have strong work ethic, professional attitude, be detail oriented and reliable
  • Ability to work in 60 to 105°F
  • Must be able to stand up to 10 hours
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
