Job Summary
Place raw rubber in press to make rubber mats, cut away excess rubber from finished mats, and accurately record scrap, downtime, and production on tracking reports. Maintain housekeeping as needed and immediately inform the crew leader of any changes in product quality or machine operation. Perform repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and communicate clearly with prior and subsequent shift associates. Work 8-hour shifts in front of a hot press with fumes, standing and moving throughout the day.
Required Qualifications
- 6-12 months of proven work history
- Pass pre-employment screening
- Physically be able to work 8-hour shifts; standing, moving, stepping, hand coordination, etc.
- Follow on-site policies
- Maintain a productive pace of work
