Count good parts, rejected parts, and rework items while identifying and reporting machine downtime. Insert or remove material from systems and perform defined machining steps per the work plan. Execute cleaning and inspection plans, confirm deviations in the ERP system, and handle material requests and consumption postings. Pack and label produced parts, carry out quality checks, and fix temporary machine interruptions within your responsibility. Escalate technical problems using the defined matrix and carry out set-up processes. Ensure 5S methodology at the workstation and utilize individual or multi-system operations as documented.
