Job Summary
Set up and operate compression molding presses to fabricate rubber and rubber-to-metal bonded parts. Read and interpret drawings, shop manuals, and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, sequence of operations, and setup requirements. Perform loading, operation of controls, and inspection of parts to ensure conformance to customer and company specifications. Requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and blueprint reading ability. 1 year of experience is expected. Physical ability to lift 35 pounds. Located in Montgomery, Alabama (on-site).
