Job Summary
Press Operator / Production Operator role in a manufacturing setting. Responsible for production, inspection, and packaging of products, maintaining product specifications, trimming, assembling, and packing parts, supplying lines and staging areas with materials, and rotating presses every 2 to 3 hours. Works nights 5pm–5am with a fixed 2/2/3 schedule offering a 3-day weekend every other week. Requires ability to stand for extended periods, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 40 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. team lift. Emphasis on safe operation, cleanliness, and adherence to process standards; includes training, paid vacation, holidays, and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Able to stand for extended periods of time, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. team lift
- Communicate effectively, both written and verbal
