Job Summary
Press Operator for 3rd shift in Shelbyville, IN. Responsible for setting up and adjusting presses to meet specifications, accurately following job orders, monitoring quality and output, performing routine equipment maintenance, and maintaining logs and paperwork. Must read and interpret basic measurements, communicate professionally, follow safety guidelines, and work closely with production schedules to minimize waste. Shift runs 9:00 PM–7:00 AM (or alternative 9:00 PM–7:00 AM pattern) with overtime as required; physical ability to move up to 25+ pounds and operate machinery in a production environment.
