Press Operator (3rd shift) operates molding equipment to produce parts, records product/process information, ensures product quality, follows procedures, communicates with team, participates in training, and supports continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Able to read and understand procedures, process sheets, etc.
- Able to do basic math calculations such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
- Understand decimals, Fractions, percentages, averages, etc.
- Able to write legible sentences.
- Operate and adjust equipment properly.
- Properly use measuring equipment and accurately interpret results.
- Understand and apply SPC fundamentals.
- Demonstrate satisfactory relational skills with regard to communications, cooperative associations, and participation in continuous improvement.
- Thorough knowledge of all applicable process documentation.
- Exhibit positive team behaviors.
