Job Summary
Operate press machinery and perform cross-training in Breakdown and Lay Up Operator roles, executing Skill Level A and C tasks within the Press area. Manage work instructions, work orders, and ERP systems while maintaining safety protocols in a safety-sensitive environment. Stand for up to 10 hours per shift, lifting and pushing up to 50 pounds, with overtime and weekend work required. Join Isola's Ridgeway facility team to support global materials science innovation in electronic products.
Required Qualifications
- Prior machine operating experience
- Ability to work in safety-sensitive environment
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background report
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication
- Must be able to stand up to 10 hours per shift
- Must be able to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds
