Job Summary
Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain offset press equipment; perform make-ready tasks (hanging plates, installing cylinders, examining plates/cylinders, prepping blankets, adjusting tension and register); execute color corrections and press adjustments to meet quality specs; clean, lubricate, and maintain the press, perform routine maintenance and minor repairs; follow manufacturer-recommended maintenance. Requires knowledge of press capabilities, ability to read job specifications, and skill with selecting appropriate press settings and materials; proficient use of a micrometer to mount and align printing plates. 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3pm-11pm) with a $2/hour shift premium and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.
