Job Summary
Operate printing press to produce product according to customer specifications while maintaining quality, waste, and press efficiency. Perform make-readies and ensure correct print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and anilox rollers. Conduct all required press-side quality checks (copy, color, registration, ink adhesion) and ensure conformance to BRC standards. Maintain a safe, clean work environment, complete housekeeping, and report safety concerns. Input material usage and time into the GlobeTek system; perform equipment maintenance; and support quality measurements and other procedures. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods, with flexibility for 1st/2nd/3rd shifts as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years as a printing press operator experience and/or training
