Job Summary
Lead a press operations team across 2nd and 3rd shifts to ensure daily production, quality, and safety goals are met. Guide employee development, resolve complex technical issues, and implement lean principles to eliminate process waste. Partner with cross-functional teams to introduce new technologies, equipment, and operational processes. Conduct daily gemba walks, facilitate tier boards, and perform safety audits while reinforcing a strong safety culture. Manage performance evaluations, hiring recommendations, and disciplinary actions. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, and supervisory skills. Base pay ranges from $74,200 to $137,800 USD.
