Job Summary
Operate and set up brake press machines in the Brake Press Cell, under supervision, performing setup, maintenance, and operation of assigned machines. Verify work orders and revision levels, ensure parts meet print specifications, label and move completed parts, report irregularities to the Shift Supervisor and VP of Production, maintain clean work areas, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with Quality to ensure consistently high quality parts. Troubleshoot and assist in equipment repairs, support ongoing safety improvements, and meet KPIs. Requires 2 years of brake press setup/operating experience; Friday–Sunday schedule (5:00 AM–5:30 PM).
