Press Brake Set-Up/Operator

Set up and operate Cincinnati press brake machines using stainless steel, cold rolled steel, and aluminum; perform complex bending and forming operations with standard and custom tooling; verify first-piece quality prior to production runs; read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production; inspect parts and document critical dimensions to meet quality standards; use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, protractors, and height gauges; maintain calibrated tools and equipment; meet production rates and delivery timelines; identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction; follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
