Job Summary
Press Brake Programmer/Operator sets up, operates, and maintains CNC press brake equipment to bend/form sheet metal per drawings and quality standards. Responsibilities include selecting tooling and machine settings, interpreting blueprints/production schedules, performing first article inspections, monitoring machine performance, conducting routine quality checks, safely handling materials with forklifts/cranes, reporting malfunctions/safety hazards, and maintaining clean, organized workstations while promoting a safety-first culture. Must have basic troubleshooting skills, ability to read blueprints and use calipers/micrometers/dial indicators/bore gauges, and forklift certification. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 2 years of press brake experience preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of press brake operations experience in a metal manufacturing environment preferred
