Job Summary
Operate and maintain CNC press brakes to produce quality sheet metal parts per print, determine setup and operating procedures from job tickets, prepare presses for production, mix ink and adjust calibrations, review proof documents, and perform minor repairs and maintenance while maintaining a clean, safe workstation and complying with quality, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Ability to read and comprehend work orders and related documents
- Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Ability to follow job tickets and setup/operating procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with other employees
- Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and group settings
- Ability to pass forklift operator course and drive
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
