Job Summary
Experienced press brake operator needed for day and night shifts at Nailor's Thermal location to bend steel parts ranging from 24-gauge up to 10-gauge. Responsibilities include changing press brake tooling and dies, calibrating and programming machines to meet precise bend specifications, setting up and operating equipment (primarily automated with manual adjustments), restocking materials, reporting damaged or incorrect materials, measuring finished products for quality and consistency, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Requires at least 2 years of press brake operation experience and the ability to read bend drawings; high school diploma or equivalent is acceptable.
