Job Summary

Set up and operate CNC and manual press brake machines independently to fabricate precision sheet metal components. Read blueprints and engineering drawings, select tooling, and perform machine adjustments to bend sheet metal to precise specifications. Inspect finished parts using calipers and measuring instruments to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met. Troubleshoot minor machine issues, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and follow all company safety policies while meeting daily production goals. This role requires a minimum of two years of press brake experience and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of press brake or metal fabrication experience
Experience setting up and operating CNC press brake equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong math and measurement skills
Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong blueprint reading skills
Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
