Job Summary
Assists with machine setup by setting up tools, mounting and demounting plates, preparing raw materials, and adjusting settings as directed. Monitors press machine operations to ensure proper function, notifying supervisors of malfunctions, and temporarily runs the machine during shift changes. Performs routine maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain quality, efficiency, and safety standards. Requires no prior experience; 1-2 years in manufacturing preferred. Works Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred
- Exceptional time management and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision-making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options
- Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment
