Job Summary
Prepare raw materials, assemble press components, and maintain ink systems to support safe and efficient printing press operations. Monitor ink viscosity, load and unload rolls, perform flying splices, and assist the Press Operator with machine setup, changeovers, and continuous improvement initiatives. Verify job specifications, conduct material testing, and serve as a backup operator when required. This role ensures production runs smoothly while maintaining safety, housekeeping, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
