Job Summary
Oversee press operations by preparing and executing changeovers efficiently, monitoring product quality, and maintaining accurate records of production and waste. Perform preventative maintenance, ensure a clean work area, and follow all safety protocols while reporting issues immediately. Train and support new assistants on operational procedures to maintain team standards. Shifts available include the 2nd and 3rd shifts from Monday through Friday. Previous experience in press operations or manufacturing is preferred.
