Job Summary
President to lead Wiehler Mechanical across divisions (Production Plumbing, Production HVAC, Custom Homes Plumbing, Custom Homes HVAC, Commercial Mechanical, and Service); drive strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, and culture; oversee divisional managers, ensure project delivery on time and budget, and drive continuous improvement in planning, communication, and execution. Responsible for building and guiding a high-performing leadership team, maintaining strong relationships with builders, developers, homeowners, suppliers and service clients, and providing the CEO with straightforward updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities. Key measures include profitability, cash flow, dashboards indicating division direction, on-time/on-budget delivery, client satisfaction, and a culture of ownership, accountability, and learning.
Required Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience with full P&L accountability
- Experience in mechanical contracting, construction, or related trade environment is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of both project-based and service-based operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and build culture
- Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and job costing
- Experience leading within a private, owner-led, or growth-oriented business environment
