Job Summary
Lead advocacy nonprofit focused on reproductive health equity in New England; set strategic direction, steward organizational health and sustainability, and advance the mission with clarity, credibility, and vision. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President will drive fundraising and board engagement, cultivate relationships with policymakers, donors, coalition partners, and community stakeholders, and serve as a persuasive public voice for the organization’s work. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned, values-driven executive able to translate strategy into measurable progress and position the organization for continued growth and influence, strengthening internal capacity while expanding access to care across the region.
