Job Summary
Lead full P&L responsibility for Pen Manufacturing, driving revenue growth, EBITDA, and cash flow through sales leadership, operations management, and customer relationship development. Own pricing, margins, and factory utilization while building a scalable commercial team and expanding into new markets. Manage working capital and protect cash flow during growth cycles, balancing expansion with financial discipline. Make tough operational decisions and hold teams accountable to deliver profitable results. Expect early mornings, evenings, and weekends to support customers, production, and acquisitions as we integrate new businesses and build a multi-site platform exceeding $100 million in annual revenue.
