Job Summary
Executive leadership role overseeing wealth management and trust operations for a community financial institution. Responsibilities include leading wealth management team, overseeing trust administration, investment services, and compliance; driving business growth through strategic planning and new market development; managing departmental budget and risk management; and representing the Wealth division in senior management and community engagements. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field with advanced degree or CTFA, CFP, JD, or MBA preferred; minimum 10 years of experience in wealth and trust management; strong leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills; and comprehensive knowledge of trust administration and fiduciary standards.
