Job Summary
Chief executive leader responsible for FVCC's mission to promote lifelong learning and student success. Lead strategic vision, governance with the Board of Trustees, operational and fiscal stewardship, fundraising and donor relations, enrollment management, academic program development (including online and workforce initiatives), community partnerships, accreditation readiness, and advancement of capital projects. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with faculty, staff, donors, and public officials to sustain a fiscally responsible, inclusive, and data-informed higher education institution committed to regional service and economic development.
Required Qualifications
- Earned master’s degree or earned doctorate from a regionally accredited institution.
