President Executive Officer

Provide strategic leadership of Minnesota Community Care to fulfill its mission of strengthening the community by providing healthcare for all. Innovate, adapt, and drive emerging care models and services within the dynamic healthcare market. Build relationships and provide ongoing coaching to practice and solution leaders to ensure peak performance. Balance leadership responsibilities with 50%+ time in community advocacy, policy reform, and social justice, regularly meeting with lawmakers, tribal leaders, and system partners to facilitate cross-system collaboration. Serve in an advisory role to lawmakers and partners on business strategy and operational effectiveness. Expand services and leverage networks to identify new partnerships addressing total health and wellness needs. Recruit, retain, and develop a talented workforce while cultivating a diverse, inclusive, and team-oriented environment. Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Public Administration required; 10+ years in executive leadership; travel up to 25%.
