President, Elevate MRO Sales

Job Summary
As President, MRO Sales, you will drive revenue growth for Elevate MRO through new customer acquisition, strategic account development, and customer retention. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team, develop go-to-market strategies, cultivate executive relationships with aircraft owners and operators, and position Elevate MRO as the premier maintenance partner within our network. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Maintenance and COO to ensure seamless alignment between sales and operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive long-term loyalty and profitability. The ideal candidate must have a proven sales leadership track record in aviation, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to build revenue engines from the ground up with minimal oversight. Essential duties include driving revenue growth, building a robust sales pipeline, managing customer retention strategies, representing Elevate MRO at industry events, and developing sales processes, playbooks, CRM strategies, and metrics. Requirements include 10+ years in aviation sales, 5+ years in leadership, deep MRO/charter operations knowledge, pricing strategy expertise, strong relationship-building skills with executives, data-driven decision making, and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). Travel is required, with regular domestic travel and occasional international travel; FAA regulation familiarity is preferred. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in aviation sales or related field
- 5+ years in leadership roles building and leading teams
- Proven track record of revenue growth, pipeline development, and strategic account management
- Strong understanding of aviation MRO/charter operations and customer buying behaviors
- Ability to engage with C-level executives and aircraft owners/operators
- Data-driven, CRM-enabled sales leadership (CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Knowledge of FAA regulations (Parts 43, 65, 91, 135, 145)
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Preferred: existing network within aircraft ownership/fleet management/Part 91/135/121 operators
- FAA A&P certificate a plus
