Lead broad operating and P&L leadership by partnering with the CEO and Board to sharpen the market story, build a repeatable commercial engine, and drive sustained, profitable growth. Execute hands-on enterprise leadership by setting strategy, engaging directly with customers, coaching leaders, evaluating product priorities, and making disciplined resource decisions. Focus the organization on high-impact opportunities while building the capabilities needed to win in the underserved facility intelligence market. This role offers meaningful ownership, visibility, and upside for a proven growth-stage CEO or general manager ready for enterprise-wide leadership.
