Job Summary
The Genesis Foundation for Children seeks a visionary President/CEO to lead a 45-year-old nonprofit focused on family-centered care and high-impact pediatric outcomes in collaboration with Mass General Brigham for Children. Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, expanding revenue streams, strengthening and diversifying the organization’s funding, enhancing programmatic infrastructure, and scaling mission-driven impact. The role requires high-level experience in generating significant revenues, serving as a public-facing ambassador, and partnering with nonprofit boards to advance the Foundation’s mission.
