Job Summary
As President & CEO of Madison Community Foundation, lead strategic direction and serve as the public ambassador while stewarding more than $400 million in core philanthropic assets and guiding a staff of ~20 professionals. Reports to a 13-member Board of Governors and ensures alignment with the Foundation’s mission, vision, values, and priorities. Requires minimum 5–10 years of executive-level experience in philanthropy or nonprofit management; a Bachelor’s degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred. Competitive compensation in the $250k–$300k range with comprehensive benefits.
