Job Summary
Seeking a visionary President & CEO to serve as the chief executive and strategic leader of Families in Transition (FIT). The ideal candidate will advance FIT’s mission, ensure long-term sustainability, and strengthen FIT’s role in statewide discussions on homelessness and community well-being. Responsibilities include overseeing a complex portfolio of programs, managing an annual budget exceeding $10 million, leading fundraising and advocacy efforts, and fostering high-impact relationships with public and private partners. The role requires strategic thinking, operational discipline, and deep understanding of homelessness, housing instability, and related services. A bachelor’s degree is required with an advanced degree preferred.
