Lead the North Carolina Community College System as President/CEO to accelerate workforce development, strengthen alignment between education and industry, and drive measurable outcomes across 58 colleges. Forge and sustain high-impact partnerships with government, employers, and educators to expand pathways into high-demand careers, improve student success, and ensure programs reflect evolving workforce needs. Provide strategic direction, accountability, and resource leadership to modernize systems, leverage data and technology, and champion credentials of value that translate to job placement and wage progression. Set clear priorities, communicate with purpose to policymakers and the public, and guide the system through enterprise-wide transformation to position North Carolina as a national model for workforce development.
