Job Summary

Drive sales growth by penetrating new markets and customers while overseeing day-to-day operations across Operations, Accounting, Quality, Sales, Engineering, and HR. Lead the strategic planning process to diversify the business away from firearms into aerospace, defense, automotive, and heavy truck industries, managing full P&L responsibility and operational outcomes including production, inventory control, and capital utilization. Execute a rigorous strategy to improve bottom-line performance through EBITDA growth, cost reduction, and working capital management. Build strong relationships with the management team, production employees, and industry contacts to attract and develop high-caliber talent.

  • ability to build a strong relationship with the management team, the company's production employees, Juno and ultimately with customers and industry contacts
