Job Summary
Lead overall strategy, operations, and financial performance for the credit union; partner with the Board to execute vision, goals and policies; oversee lending, finance, compliance, HR, and operations; ensure regulatory compliance and sound risk management; drive business development and community engagement; build, mentor, and lead a high-performing management team; manage budgeting, reporting, and organizational efficiency; shape strategy and growth in a high-visibility leadership role within a community-focused, relationship-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of financial institution experience
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Strong background in lending, operations, and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
