Provide vision and leadership to the Management team, ensuring effective succession planning and evaluating their compliance with policies. Formulate solutions to business challenges for the Board of Directors, approve operational procedures through interactive processes with shared resources, and oversee compensation programs for regulatory compliance and talent retention. Maintain awareness of the external competitive landscape, market opportunities, and new industry developments.
