Job Summary
Prepare documents to be scanned by unfolding, de-stapling, and removing fasteners while keeping all items sorted with the leading edge aligned. Make copies of items that cannot be scanned and obtain images for use throughout the operation. Adjust settings to ensure images are 100% usable, name them according to provided formats, and certify naming is correct. Audit digital files to verify Jpg compression, numerical order, and target dpi are met. This role requires experience with document imaging and scanning equipment, data entry, and MS Office. Candidates must be able to sit and focus for hours, identify road blocks, and achieve daily quantity and quality goals. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months work experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Reliable transportation
- Attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with document imaging, & scanning (Opex, Kodak Fujitsu, Widetek Zuetschel, or Bookeye)
- Experience with data entry (10-key)
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Psicapture, Scan2net, Scanallpro, Netsuite, Paylocity and Teams
