Job Summary
Presentations Workflow Coordinator responsible for intake of client requests, prioritizing and coordinating multiple presentation projects, applying high-level design and proofreading skills to create polished presentations, ensuring proper formatting, citations, and quality assurance; leads training of team members, oversees day-to-day workflow within shifts, and mentors junior staff to meet deadlines and client expectations; requires advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
