Job Summary
Presentations Supervisor oversees the evening presentation production workflow for VIP-style deliverables, leading a hybrid offsite team of Presentation Operators. Responsibilities include managing inbound workflow, liaising with clients, ensuring high-quality PowerPoint/Excel/Word outputs aligned with client KPIs and deadlines, coordinating with the Design team, training new joiners, delivering templates and processes, maintaining quality and consistency, and supporting performance management and SLA adherence. The role requires leadership, strong PowerPoint/Excel/Word skills, client-facing communication, and the ability to work in a hybrid, deadline-driven environment, with experience in recruitment and process improvements. The position includes supervising an 5-person presentation team and reporting to the Day DPT Team Leader, with a focus on executive-level polish and layout judgment for high-profile presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in people management
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Experience with PowerPoint master slides, themes, and template creation
- Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines in a hybrid/offsite team
- Attention to detail and right-first-time mindset
- Experience in recruitment and selection processes
- Familiarity with ISO audit processes and service alignment
