Job Summary
Senior Presentation Associate responsible for delivering presentation services including design of pitch books and materials, editing and formatting multiple document types to support client brands, coordinating intake/workflow, and ensuring on-time delivery. Requires independent judgment, proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and strong communication with team, supervisor, and clients. Maintains QA on own/work of others, adheres to policies, and provides customer service to foster ongoing client relationships. Salary range for the role at the NY location is $28.89-$43.37 per hour with potential additional compensation components; full benefits and eligibility details provided by employer.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years’ presentation experience preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment
- Advanced skill in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Adobe PDF & Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
