Job Summary
Create high-quality, on-brand presentation materials and visual communications to support internal stakeholders and external clients; transform content from non-designers into polished, client-ready communications; design a variety of collateral including presentations, infographics, reports, and digital graphics; produce basic animations and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office on PC and Mac; collaborate across teams and international offices; manage multiple projects to deadline; stay informed on design trends and presentation best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience creating presentations in a consulting, agency, professional services, or corporate environment
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills, including creation, editing, and implementation of presentation templates
- Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, visual communication, and creative problem-solving capabilities
- Proven ability to create visually engaging presentations under tight deadlines
- Experience building, formatting, and troubleshooting Microsoft Word templates and documents
- Strong understanding of image formats, file optimization, and best practices for presentation design
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat
- Working knowledge of print production processes
- Relevant qualification and/or demonstrated experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual consistency
- Comfortable working across both PC and Mac operating systems
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
