Preseller

Preseller responsible for visiting customers, placing orders, implementing merchandising activities, order generation, and achieving volume targets. Responsibilities include visiting and managing key outlets and high-potential customers, ensuring product availability, visibility, and display execution aligned with company standards, implementing and monitoring promotions and new product launches, driving new business acquisition and expanding market coverage, building and maintaining strong relationships with outlets, acting as a trusted advisor on product range and placement, collecting market intelligence and providing actionable insights, monitoring stock levels to prevent stockouts, coordinating with supply chain and distributor teams, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, 1 year of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, adaptability and teamwork, a quality orientation with results focus, and upper-intermediate English (local language if expat). Potential for future leadership roles and promotion to key sales positions in-country.
