Prescription Client Services Representative

Job Summary
Link clients to prescription resources and enter services into the Agency's ROMA database, ensuring every entry is accurate and reflects our commitment to exceptional quality. Create accurate, complete, and legible records as required by funding guidelines while maintaining unwavering integrity when handling HIPAA-protected data. Provide follow-up services including paperwork assistance and referrals, practicing no judgment and truly listening to the needs of those we serve. Travel frequently to off-site locations using reliable transportation and a valid Oklahoma Driver's License to build strong community connections. Perform other duties as assigned while remaining curious and adaptable to innovate with purpose and strengthen program impact. This role requires proficiency in Spanish to support our multicultural client base and the ability to work with people from diverse cultures with compassion and respect.
Required Qualifications
- Must be computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and internet programs
- Proficient in Spanish to support our multicultural client base
- Ability to work with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and economic levels with compassion, respect, and without bias
- Strong interpersonal skills that support collaboration and partnership
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to pursuing exceptional quality
- Must possess the strength and stamina to remain seated for up to 90 minutes at a time with minimal fatigue or discomfort
- May lift and carry general office supplies and equipment typically weighing less than 30 pounds
- Requires the ability to stand and walk throughout the day
- Local travel to meetings and business sites is expected
- Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver's License
