Prescription Client Service Rep I

Job Summary
Link clients to prescription resources and enter services into the Agency's ROMA database while maintaining accurate, complete records per funding guidelines. Provide follow-up services including paperwork assistance and referrals, ensuring high ethical standards when handling HIPAA-protected data. Travel frequently to off-site locations using a valid Oklahoma Driver's License to build community connections and collaborate with various agencies. Perform other duties as assigned while researching new solutions to strengthen program impact. This role requires proficiency in Spanish, strong computer literacy, and the stamina to remain seated for up to 90 minutes in a fast-paced office environment. You will report to the Prescription Drug Program Coordinator and coordinate with community services personnel to support community-centered outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Must be computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and internet programs
- Proficient in Spanish
- Ability to work with people from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and economic levels with compassion, respect, and without bias
