Job Summary
Contract Prescribing Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for telehealth mental health care (child and adolescent focus) via Lyra Clinical Associates. Provide 60-minute intake and regular follow-up psychiatric medication management, psychiatric evaluations, and coordination with therapy/coaching services. Requires PMHNP or PA background with psychiatry experience, unrestricted NC license, active DEA, 2+ years in practice, and ability to see clients (remote or in-person options). Set your own schedule within Lyra’s provider network; includes 24/7 care navigation and streamlined billing support. Remote role with NC focus; contract 1099 position.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or accredited PA program with certification (PANCE)
- Unrestricted state license in North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years in practice
- Active DEA license (strong preference for additional certification/experience with minors)
- Office space with ability to see clients (in-person option preferred)
- Ability to provide care to a full range of diagnoses
- Full-time resident of the United States
