Job Summary
Prescribing Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Virtual - Remote) contracted role. Provide essential mental health medical management via 60-minute intake and regular follow-ups, conduct psychiatric evaluations, and manage medications for children, teens, and young adults within a US-based provider network. Role supports remote/telemedicine delivery with emphasis on evidence-based medication treatment, safety, and patient-centered care; requires Wisconsin license and 2+ years of practice, with preference for pediatric/adolescent experience and optional certifications. Location primarily Wisconsin for licensure and remote work; 1099 contractor with flexible scheduling and provider-network support.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) program or from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program (ARC-PA) with certification through PANCE; preference for Certificate of Added Qualifications in psychiatry, post-graduate fellowship in psychiatry, or other academic psychiatry certificate program completion, including a Doctor of Medical Science with Psychiatry concentration
- Unrestricted state license in Wisconsin
- Minimum of 2 years in practice
- Strong preference for NPs and PA-Cs with an active DEA license
- Preference for NPs and PA-Cs with additional certification or clinical experience with minors
- Must have office space with ability to see clients
- Ability to provide care to patients with a full range of diagnoses and clinical complexity, with a preference for providers offering in-person options
- Full-time resident of the United States
- Contractor (1099) arrangement
- Remote/virtual clinical role in psychiatry/mental health
