Job Summary
Contract Prescribing Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant providing mental health medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults via live 60-minute intake and ongoing follow-ups, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaboration to refer to evidence-based therapy and coaching. Role emphasizes diagnostic expertise, ethical practice, family engagement, and adherence to best-practice guidelines, with both in-person options and remote/virtual care, and scheduling flexibility within Lyra’s provider network.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited PMHNP program or accredited PA program (ARC-PA) with certification through PANCE
- Unrestricted state license in Michigan
- Minimum of 2 years in practice
- Active DEA license preferred for NP/PA-Cs
- Preference for additional certification or clinical experience with minors
- Office space with ability to see clients
- Full-time resident of the United States
