Job Summary
Budtender at Prescott Valley and El Mirage dispensaries: provide friendly cannabis product recommendations, create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, and develop sales/customer service skills through on-the-job training. Maintain dispensary cleanliness, complete management-assigned tasks promptly, and support a growing cannabis business. Must have open availability for multiple shifts, be at least 21, pass background checks, stand for long periods, and be comfortable using a computer. Previous experience in customer service is a plus; strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn about cannabis trends are important for success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Open availability to work morning, mid, and closing shifts
- Minimum 30 hours per week
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for 8 hours daily
- Pass a standard background check and fingerprint background check
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Comfortable using a computer
- Willingness to learn about cannabis trends and products
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace
- Basic math skills and computer knowledge
- Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs
