Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor co-teachers in your classroom while modeling behaviors and providing feedback. Manage the overall classroom environment to ensure it remains safe, nurturing, and engaging for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning. Communicate regularly with parents via mobile apps and personal discussions to share children's achievements. Partner with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals. Build relationships with families and coworkers to create a seamless play and learning environment. Requires 1+ years of professional teaching experience, a high school diploma plus 12 ECE credits, and CPR/First Aid certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 12 ECE College credits
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional teaching experience
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
